Huawei Iub Interface Failure - Dropped Call

wondering if you have tips for Dropped call troubleshooting on Iub Interface Failure.
any flow chart on how this particular events is pegged:

SHO WAIT ASU CMP TIMEOUT
RELOC PSOUT IU REL CMD TIMEOUT
RLC FAILURE SRB RESET

etc...

I'm experiencing high PSR99 drop call, the reason 90% of the time was only
RELOC PSOUT IU REL CMD TIMEOUT
RLC FAILURE SRB RESET

What is the meaning of both of them, any help is very much appreciated

RELOC PSOUT IU REL CMD TIMEOUT - This message is during the HO. The timer responsable for it is expiring, due to a long time of the response. And as you are having RLC reset as well, the both problems can be caused by a lot of factors. But usually the main problems: Poor coverage, High RTWP and bad quality of Tx.
