Single GSM site surrounding by Multi-band sites

Dears,

I've Single GSM site in main city surrounding with Multi-Band sites (GSM & DCS)
where GSM "layer 3" and DCS "layer 2"

hereby almost HO doesn't go to GSM "lower layer"
Do you which parameters I could modify to let handover
go to GSM normally in spite of single GSM lower layer surrounding with DCS

Hi friend it is simple :-)...you can not make interlayer or PBGT HO but you could adjust levels...using the edge HO.

any case has its best solution...it depends and you must try....anyway the main scope is to avoid ping-pong ( so check the number oh Ho among cells ).
Generally you can set parameters in order to have HO from the heavy traffic cell to the other at -90 dBm and from the lower traffic cells to the heavy at -105 dBm but after this changes you must check dcr and so on.
