Vendor specific HSUPA configuration

Hi to all. I'm need some document with configuration of RLC transmission rate for any SF configuration and Eb No requirement (or RSCP requirement is better)
This one exemple from NSN
HSUPA_10ms_1xSF32_32 -configuration of 2ms TTI and using 1 SF32 code
Air interface rate 120000
User rate 29600
Control overhead 8.1%

If some one have Net Act Planner 6.1 and under - plz gove me Screen Shot or table wit HSUPA Bearers
If some one have document like this share them to all plz.
