    I just downloaded and extracted the file and copied it to the omstar folder. That's it.

    Try re-downloading.

    carver's med tested working fine. but how to get the log files. plz help me.

    log files are stored in BAM. For BSC6600:

    d:\Airbridge\Services\BTSLOG
    e:\cdma2000\MSSQL\DATA
    f:\cdma2000\M2000\Backup\FamLog
    d:\cdma2000\Runlog

    There's a nice help file in with that software. Look under help in sw menu. Its not hard to use either.

    Thx, It works fine in windows XP and Office 2007 but in Win7 And Office 2010 it gives me "Failed To Create empty document"

    Hi hamody, it seems the problem may be attributed to office 2010. Some Microsoft component may be different or missing.

    (BTW, if I had this sw back from Jan, I would have found my DSP problem without huawei support's help)

    from here i can not copy any file, it says that's is is using by another program.

    can you copy from there?>
