As i read in the document, imanager nastar needs special board (SAU-Service Aware Unit) in BSC and server.

So my question > is there chance to install it as offline version and import data in offline mode manually without special board?

Imanager Nastar is server version.
About offline mode, you can use Omstar, input the config, performance raw file, CHR...
How ever Imanager Nastar has more powerfull function such as: VIP tracing, Complaint analysis, Frequency ananlysis... and offcoure need SAU board to collect infor.
