you need to rename the attachments .part1.rar , .part2.rar and .part3.rar in the order they are posted, to extract the pdf

LTE Advanced: 3GPP Solution for IMT-Advanced is a more recent book published in 2012 by the same authors. Anyone has this book? Kindly share.
