KPI equation and counters - help me

Dear experts,

I need equation and counters for those KPIs (RNC level). The document Radio Network KPI only have KPIs at cell level, and for PS/HS there are different KPI for streaming / interactive.

The previuos formula can be used to RNC Level, check the following note that also appear in the attached doc:
"This KPI can be computed on a per RNC basis as well as a per cell basis.
When computing the RNC result, individual cell counters should be summed
on a RNC basis before applying KPI calculation. This is in contrast
to applying the KPI equation to each cell and then taking an average
across the RNC. The latter can give poor performances."

Besides , about de PS STREAMING and INTERACTIVE, the kpi and the counters are different but usually the activity for
STREAMING traffic is zero, in my network this is true. Usually the KPIs for PS have default definition to INTERACTIVE TRAFFIC.
The KPIs for streaming traffic also appear in the attached doc.
