In the V900R012C01SPH508.xml file contains all the PCHR parameter list with len & type,
I need
<PARA name="SigSetEc_N0" chineseName="ÐÅÁîÁ¬½ÓСÇøECIO" length="1" type="0" typeEx="4"/> typeEx="4" meaning because this value is negative.

What document should I ask from Huawei in order to get PCHR file format description? i.e. document, which has byte-by-byte explanation how to get data out of PCHR?
