    Default PCHR Parameter typeEx meaning

In the V900R012C01SPH508.xml file contains all the PCHR parameter list with len & type,
    I need
    <PARA name="SigSetEc_N0" chineseName="ÐÅÁîÁ¬½ÓСÇøECIO" length="1" type="0" typeEx="4"/> typeEx="4" meaning because this value is negative.

The Ec_N0 value is reported as 3GPP value i.e. in range from 0 to 49 with step 0.5 dB, where 0 represents range below-24dB and 49 is 0dB EcNo.
PCHR parameter description says read 1 byte (length) type 0 and typeEx 4 mean single byte value.

If you have xml file for R14, please share it.
