    Hi,

    Anybody can guide how to Optimize HSUPA DCR.

    We are observing more fails in Radio link and Mobility.

    Hi

    Can you use RNC measurements to identify the cause?

    Did you optimize HSUPA specific channels? (probably vendor dependent)
