    Default formula for UL TBF establishment_success

    Dear all
    Now I see 2 formula for UL TBF establishment_success:
    1. 100*(MSESTULTBF)/(PSCHREQ-PREJTFI-PREJOTH-PREJABISCONG-REJPSIMMASS)
    2. 100- (PREJTFI+PREJOTH+PREJABISCONG)/PSCHREQ*100
    Which formula is correct?
    What is the diffirence between 2 formula above?
