    Default CQI reported with 31 value

    dear guy,

    (HSDPA parameter part)

    As I know in the standard CQI range is 0 to 30. But in E******* system, it has statistic CQI with 31 value in case of UE reported invalid value. Anyone can tell me why and when does the UE report invalid value?
