Main Skills required:

Monitoring GPRS radio network performance via alarm and KPI

In depth analysis of reports & KPIs

Working in close coordination with the Managed Services & care teams
for troubleshooting.

Optimize the network performance to reach KPI target like attach
success rate, throughput, TBF success rate etc, carry out parameter
trials.

Analyze drive test log file to improve network quality.

Handle with customer complaint case.

Analyze the formula, counter propose proper formula for optimisation
