the 4th su-report properties:

After above settings, set Scheduled report task; Once you have the report sent from PRS server, just open it and Click Start Button in Graph Sheet.

In the call drop reason sheet, there is one counter called Metro_Swap_2G_Voice TCH drop rate, what it means?
