Christopher,following is a standalone license without host name that works well and for the Ultimate version. Make sure your PC is off line (cannot go out on the internet) and start M.E. up, select version, go through the registration process (type in lies) and when it cannot get the internet it should give you the option to enter the lic data manually, do this cut and ctrl V to paste in lic information, then it should start the program.

I have just tried and getting the following message:

try to clear with your old license or deleted your old file in C:\ProgramData\Mentor\Ellipe or change name from Ellipe 8.1 to Ellipe 8.2

Same problem as Christopher Albertini using a Virtual Machine XP SP3.
Clean installation, and file renamed and not success.

Normal Network
Server locking code : Primary = "*1H6R4WVRK8W3XNT"
Lock code depends on : Disk ID in hexadecimal
Server locking code : Secondary = "*12V286TYEZVNDP7"
Lock code depends on : Host Name

Who runs the program with lic by famox? I get to use only licensed by M.E.Expres with its limitations.
May need a license for a your specific Disk ID and (or) Host Name?
