Huawei ATCA MSC majic by improving CSSR on cell

could you please tell what cmds used to view these parameters and if you have a document explain every parameter for new and old MSC ( c9 , ATCA).

Also which parameter has influence on handoff (inter-MSC , Inter-BSC)

Is this cmd which give you p173,P175 LST MSFP or not.

I really don't know ,when the CSSR for the cells comes down we found TCH assignment is the effected part and then escalate to Huawei team they change it. and the timer are p173,P175.
