Actix on Win 2003 server?

i have tried to install Actix on 4CPU and Win 2003 server but at the end of the installing process i get an error.

did somebody install Actix on windows 2003 server?

I've installed an newer version from the forum and it worked

没有试过2003，应该可以的，是不是没有安装别的程序，因为这个程序需要好几个平台的软件！！
