NSN ISHO handover Repetion

Hi All!

Can someone please answer the query related to NSN ISHO?IRAT handover.

What happens if IRAT handover fails ( HANDOVER FROM UTRAN FAILURE) OR RELOCATION PREPARATION FAILURE OCCURS.
Does the system retry the handover, if yes what are the parameters that control how many times it is repeated?

As far as I know it is tried only once and then compressed mode is disabled for a time given by the parameter GsmMinMeasInterval.

In E******* system it is retried gsmAmountPropRepeat number of times after every gsmPropRepeatInterval time.

I want to compare E/// and NSN system for some procedure mapping requirement.
