Dear Experts,

Recently I got some information, that Huawei CHR logs content is RNC load dependent i.e. during high load on RNC some information for CHR logs is skipped and separate logs with measurement reports is created. Those logs have HMR extension.

Can you please, elaborate about those HMR logs? what kind of information is in HMR logs and what tool can use it?
