I don't have much experience with CS traces, I'm more of a PS guy.

What I try to say is that it is not legal to decode voice (i understood that you wan't to extract the voice conversation).
I don't even know if traces allow this to be done.
Anybody has an answer for that?

for AMR & BLER analyses u need to have a call in the trace (u can see that in ur folder u have codec.dll file this is for voice decoding).

u can turn ur tool (umat) as MOS calculator to compare the speech to a specefic sample ... e2e perception

Great, though i do not have a trace with voice call in it.
Just for testing purposes, can you share one?

Hello,

I have some traces from huawei ggsn and I am able to open them with UMAT. I want to export these traces to pcap format, the problem is I can't select several or all the lines : shift or CRTL + A don't work !
So the export work but it is empty !
Is somebody can explain me how convert a whole file to pcap (wireshark) format using UMAT ?

Note: I don't have this problem with LMt trace monitor, i can't export all the lines but in csv or txt format

Everything works:
Select equal sign at tor of UMAT, or Tools>User plane extraction as shown in bellow image:
