Default Question: why "A300H:Channel Requests (Packet Call)" is greater than K3000:SDCCH req

    Hi,
Do you know what is the reason A300H:Channel Requests (Packet Call) to be greater than K3000:SDCCH Seizure Requests
    From HEDEX:
    Immediate Assignment Measurement per Cell(CALL.ImmAss.CELL)
When an MS requires network services for reasons such as the Mobile Originated Call (MOC), Mobile Terminated Call (MTC), emergency call, call re-establishment, location updating, packet call, and Location Measurement Unit (LMU)+Reserved, it sends the BTS a CHAN REQ message on the RACH. After receiving this message, the BTS reports a CHAN RQD message to the BSC for a signaling c
    hannel.

And here is real example of this counting:

    Thanks in advance!
