Calculating cell load with GPRS

Dear Expert,

In E******* GSM network, I would like to calculate the overall load on each cell.
I would like to take into the calculation both voice calls and data session (GPRS and EDGE)

Would appreciate if you can share how you calculate it from the E******* KPIs

Hi Thewatcher;

If I got your question, you can depend on congestion parameter to see the over all performance, checking traffic carried with channels availability will give you details.

while desiging Bo templates we add condition of busy hour in universe. in that there are three option available
1. voice busy hour
2. data busy hour
3. total Busy (Voice+Data)

u can choose the third one.
