    Default Question- 2 carriers UMTS

    Hi all!

    Please can I help me..I have some cells with 2 carriers, though how can I configure load balancing in CS and PS. is there any feature?

    Which vendor ? I think that LDR function can help this issue.

    Ya if its Huawei You can USE DRD to Load Balance Either based on Load or Service Type
