Please Help: GlobalMapper and Atoll Error

Please can someone help me with this question

I got an elevation file of a map I need for Atoll, tiff file, to be specific through global mapper.

But on importing to Atoll I have this error message: "Improper value in pixel size column"

I try inputting the value into the datafield but noway. Please I need this solution
