u can remove lat driver with this link
HASP_SRM_Run-time_Environment_Removal_Tool.zip

then u can install HASP driver 5.90

I run the tool completely. Then run emulator and it ok as below but no emulator is created, not any HASP found in Device Manager\UNIVERSAL SERIAL CONTROLLERS
