    Guys, does anybody have a NED OSS 5.3 library, which contains description of ASCII Interface for BSS/NSS/SGSN Measurement Data and/or Interface Specifications in general?

    I was hoping to find version 5.3, which I could install as library in NED. This one is version 5.2 pdf. But anyway thank you for the effort.
