Hey Nale, Probe just crashes after the flash screen. I have tried on XP x86 and Win 7 64 with the same results.

So far, you are the only one with that problem... I cannot help because cannot replicate the problem.
Have you installed Huawei Shared Application before running Probe?

check if there is conflicting SQL on your XP and make sure Genex Shared also installed.
if you have problem with Win7 x64 also, better enable and install it with Test Mode, how? Search the forum..

install: Genex Shared and Office Web Components (OWC) 10 or 11.
In Win XP SP3 all OK.

Just search the web for Genex Shared or try search it in 4shared server and you will find it,
It is a 28MB approx. file.
