HELLO FORUM MEMBERS- SOFTWARE TO FIND BASE STATION

I have a need to identify and map base stations in an area for a particular network using a 3g modem. Can someone suggest what software to use. I was told Tems Investigation and have downloaded 12.1 but need med to make it work. Is this the best software for my need or is there something more simple and free. Thanks in advance. I have read a lot of posts here. This is an awesome community.

I am not sure on how to make a BTS file, but the simplest way is to put the lat and long cordinates on google earth and find out the location.
