PS exist, but no CS and HS traffic

i have a strange case ( my first time ). CS and HS has disappears. but PS traffic stil exist. is there any idea, how this is happen and the resolving step ?

case close by resetting NodeB. but i still can't get the idea.

CHeck whether those counters were disabled for collecting in M2000....Measurement Settings

If the counters were disabled how come they get enabled after resetting of NodeB

Look at Dodotiro's reply...possibly a bug NodeB's software...Only the vendor can tell you the truth..no one else can.
Also it is possible that there was no recording in those counters since no process by the related funtionality oncce..the rest done...all become working fine also those 2 counters...
