How to cell camp when there's F1 and F2?
Hi,
Good day experts. My DT team is experiencing this force handover from 3G F1 to 3G F2 or vice versa even though they are locked to F1 (vice versa) in TEMS when doing the data test scenario. Some of our UE's are only cloned type of the original UE tems which I think it's the problem. However, I have done this deletion of interfrequency neighbor between F1 and F2? Will that help? I am thinking of the cell reselection parameter will help minimize this effect. Can somebody point me in the right direction regarding this, if my team wants to camp on F1 to test? what cell reselect parameter will I apply? does NCIOOFFSET help with this? Thanks

You can check the value in the parameter IDLEQOFFSET2SN in UINTERFREQNCELL. Normally, it is set to 0, but you can increase it or decrease it wherever you want the UEs to camp in. Hope this helps pare..
Reps please if you find it useful...Thanks!
