HSPA+ scheduler ?

There is whole lot of knowledgeable stuff available on this forum. I'm however unable to find anything on HSPA+ (Rel 7,8) scheduler.
A number of interesting features have been introduced in Rel7 & 8 which would impact rel 5/6.
I would really love to know how it impacts the Node-B schedulers.
Any pointers on it ?
