UMTS Network Improvement - Ideas

Dear Colleagues:

In a Huawei UMTS Network where all KPIs are good, has HSDPA 7.2Mbps, HSUPA, and I have to come up with any new improvements or ideas before going to HSPA+.

I am running out of options and was wondering if you had any recommendations on improvements/suggestions way forward from here before or without going to HSPA+.

Can the Network really be fine-tuned further if the KPIs are good, no congestion, etc.? Any new ideas/suggestions to go a step further? And what would I really be tuning/optimizing further?
