ZTE system- Quality improvement steps & Netmax tool query

Hi ZTE experts/Seniors,

1) Can anybody help me to propose the parameters in ZTE system to improve UL Quality & DL Quality?
Any good recommendation or any suggesstions which will help me to improve quality other than physical optimization.
Please help as I am in urgent need for the delivery of the same.

2) Is the ZTE's Netmax AFP tool is good tool. As after implementing ZTE Netmax proposed AFP plan, quality of the NW degraded
a lot.
