Need helps. Genex Probe/Assistant error on win7

I'm not able to run Genex Probe/ Assistant on windows 7.
anyone can help me look for solution to this.

GENEX Assistant V200R003C00SPC400/GENEX Probe V200R003C01SPC100 or newer can run on Windows 7.

GENEX Probe V200R003C00SPC300 can't on Windows 7

you have to install Genex shared and you can run it on windows 7 32-64 bit
