I am sorry to say that unfortunately, when it comes to MGW, the percounters HDX files are there but when I browse through them, no excel list with counters numbers, ID and names are there. They might be old HDX files:

1. MGWNE_UMG8900V200R011C00ID0013_EX_01_en_988596566_Percounter

If it helps, I can see that in Huawei online support, the counters for MGW are there, but I have no access to it:

Many thanks, I could download the file, it is quite recent, thanks // though impossible to find the counter ID, name and definition.
If it can help, and you can give me a last chance, this is the only list I found with those counters, unfortunately incomplete, if you have these counters you might type the number and see in which HDX files it is:
