Does anybody know Huawei parameter to activate cell broadcast service? in 2G and 3G.
If a user come into a building which has an indoor site, after location update to that cell, user will get sms "Welcome to this building, bla bla bla"..

i once check we have this license in RNC activated.., but never look at the detail nor trial on it.
