Hitless phase is an alarm that comes from a 1+1 protection hop, when the two receiver paths can not be aligned in phase.
This means that any RX switch that normally would be hitless, can not be performed hitless.
You can expect longer switch time and possible traffic disrupt if and when a RX switch takes place.

I don't have any solution that is 100% helpful for all possible cases.
The alarm can be valid, meaning that you have a faulty HW or configuration fault.
You should check for other active alarms and make sure that the HW/SW combinations used are compatible.
There exists a compatibility document for MINI-LINK TN.
If the alarm by some reason is a hanging alarm, I have some steps for you to test (Seen different behaviors in different releases).
    - Reconnect MINI-LINK Craft or at least do a refresh of alarm list.
    - Perform warm restart of node, should not give traffic disrupts.
    - Perform cold restart of modems. Will give short traffic disrupt.
    - Perform cold restart of node, will give longer traffic disrupt.
