Ok After enabling Power control-3, Please check the following parameter.

PWRCTRLOPTIMIZEDEN
Please check either this is enabled or not. If not please enable it and share the results after that.

We implemented PWR CTRL III in our network, with default values UL Qual improved but DL quality degraded.
We tried to recover DL quality with windows size but no success.


Please help us and share optimum parameter values.

If you had same experience please share.

Also could you please share the impact on your network after enable it,
as the defualt value as per Huawei parameters desciption is set it to NO
