Huawei subcell parameter optimization
Dear experts,
I tune the following values to shift traffic from UL to OL (reducing the values) ..
Assign-optimum-level Threshold OtoU HO Received Level Threshold UtoO HO Received Level Threshold
Except these above values there are following two parameters which I dont understand. They also are supposed to shift traffic from UL to OL
Assign to Overlayer RxLev Offset Handover to Overlayer RxLev Offset
Can anyone let me know how to reduce those values to shift traffic to subcell?
