M2000 System Alert - How To

Hi,

A message alert as been showing in my M2000

"A rule to mask all alarms is activated in the system. As a result, alarms fail to be reported."

I have search the preferences menu, the filter option for the filters configured and can't find a single thing related to this allert.

Does any one know where can i see this option?
