To be 100% accurate it is 1d HS. This can be different from the R99 1d. What do you mean "I can't find it"? What are you looking for?

That's correct - event1d. What type of measurement equipment and post-processing SW are you using?
if you are able to get 1a, 1b, etc., and if your UE is in HS mode, and if your AS contains more that 1 cell, and if you have conditions for Cell Change, then you should be able to trace this event.

    Hi,

I couldn't see actual cell change in this log. I guess you refer to the "New HS serving cell" message. Yes it seems like a change, but if you go to the layer3 message details you'll see that it is still the same cell serving, not the other one. Normally when you meet the e1d threshold you should see the measurement report 1d, and then is the cell change happening. This seems like a TEMS decoding bug to me.

    Hi,

Sorry for the delay. So - NSN RAN doesn't utilize e1d event. The analysis of the measurement reports is done in the RNC. There is a so called "Algorithm for changing the serving HS-DSCH cell", which decides whether to trigger a cell change or not. Look for NSN document called "RRM for HSDPA", it is all explained there.

    Hope this helped.

    Regards,
