Working 3G site can't manage in m2000

I have a problem in working 3G site that can't manage in main topology of M2000 but I can access the site using mml command in RNC.

What is the probable cause?

Please help.

The most probable cause is wrong route configuration.
If you have access to M2000 server (telnet or ssh) try to ping NodeB OM IP from it.

I do that and the result is ok. But still the same problem

Right click on RNC (to which NodeB belongs) and choose Search NodeB
