WMRR & RES Optimal Usage

Hi WCDMA Experts,

I have expertise in E// 2G MRR, now we have managed to get WMRR in our system.

Here i need your expert opinion, how we can make best use of this tool in finding major network issues. for example

1. Cell over shooting
2. Cell having very good RSCP but still they have poor ECNO (Speech especially)
3. Pillot pollution

Kindly share if you have any related report in which we can find few practical examples of N/W issues.
