High DCR After Swap

Dear Experts,

We have swapped a dense urban site from Motorolla to Huawei.
After the swap the 1800 trxs are removed by the planning team. Now the DCR is too high on this Site, the CSSR is also degraded very much.
the configuration before swap was 4/4-2/2, and After swap is only GSM i-e; 4/4-0/0.

Most of the Call drops are due to

Could you explain the CM33 and CM330 counters, I don't get the meaning,

Check link imbalance and check if a paticular TRX is having quality issues; send for re-calibration as in swap most of the time radios are not claibrated propoerly. to summarize see TRX level drops from at TA / check quality and level stats at TRX level / check frequency plan. One more only the radios were swapped or anything else too??? Example is shared below as in a cell having poor downlink quality on a single TRX due to high downlink path loss....
