Default TCH drop due to excessive TA and low signal strength

    Dears experts

There are a lot of cells in my 2G E******* BSC which have high TCH drop due to excessive TA and low rxlev. We do not have TMA installed in our network and it is not allowed to downtilt the cells or to reduce the output power. Could anyone advise me any parameter change (I have already try to reduce ACCMIN and CRP) in hope to reduce the drop rate ?

Thanks in advance for your helpful answers.

    Best regards.
