UTRAN defined neighbors appears Detected Neighbor

Hi Guys,

I'm having a problem on a cell in a network, when the cell is on active set, he is seeing one important neighbor as a detected neighbor. But when I verified it up in moshell, it is defined. I tried reducing the neighbor list and changing the selection priority but no success. I also tried to delete and recreate that specific neighbor relation but still no success.

Do you think there's another parameter that I should change for this? or this is a bug on the TEMS 9.1?

Is it possible that you have a recent PSC retune and did not update your cell file?

I suggest to check this problem with WNCS.
I met this problem, but concerned more cells in RNC.
Created neighbours were detected as missing neighbours - in WNCS were reported as existing and missing simultaneously, and they caused dropped calls!It was W10.1b, the problem was reported as error to E///.
Temporary solving was restart of RNC -it helped until new ADJCs were created.

Thanks Fantom, I have seen the problem, the integrator forgot to modify the Utrancellref as he is doing the creation manually. Thanks anyway.
