CDMA ACH Collision information/documents

Hi guys, I'm in need to study some details regarding the cdma2000 Access Channel (ACH) collisions, their causes and troubleshooting, analysis.

Does anyone have any documents relating to this topic or has any other helpful information to share? Please post it here.

My problem that I'm working on is for a some sites with more than 25% of ACH max collisions. I need to find out why this is happening and what are the fixes.
