    Please can you explain what is different between Qqualmin and AdjsQqualmin (also Qrxlev & AdjsQrxlev) vendor is NSN

    Hey dude Qrxlev is the mininum level to make call setup and & Adjs rxlev is the mininum level to be considered as a neighbour
