Self Organizing Network Specialist - RAN, UMTS, GSM, LTE, RAT, RRM, O&M Self Organizing Network Specialist - Darwin Recruitment is currently working a leading communications company that is in need of a Self organizing Network Specialist to join their RAN design team.The right candidate will work with Self organizing Network (A|so Self Healing Networks) but will also be involved in Network Architecture, Network Performance and Radio Resource management (RRM) The ideal candidate will have: 8 years minimum experience from R&D of RAN level system design as well as worked with a wireless operator General Radio Network Design/Management experience Design of Operation and Maintanence and Self Organizing Network functionality Experience with Network Planning and optimization, including tools.

An excellent opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge in the Radio planning area. The work includes radio coverage and capacity planning. Selection of specific technical solution including antenna configuration. It is assumed that the mission be carried out in IT systems. internal reporting procedures and work. Receipt and control of the surface from the Production Manager. Conduct planning in the current radio planning tools, such as Astrix When re-establishment, consider the location of the current site Conduct interdisciplinary clarifications with other relevant bodies. Coordination and follow-up to the customer/developer in the planning phase. Develop a complete plan substrates according to the standard specification. Develop parameter form at the right time in the overall process. Preparation of documentation for work orders to the contractor including the specification of the current construction products for the job. Reporting on progress. Main Responsibilities:
Network KPI acceptance after swap Realization of network planning and optimization projects for commercial GSM/WCDMA/LTE networks.
Network performance statistic data analysis, drive test data analysis, signal tracing data analysis and troubleshooting to improve network performance Improvement of radio network performance by appropriate approach.
RF parameters analysis, changing proposal and implementation operation to improve the radio network performance.
Technical communication and clarification (eg RF parameter workshop) with customers and subcontractors.
Technical support on RNP&O issues and communication with customers.

Requirements:
Experience in GSM/WCDMA technology and ability to optimize networks to improve the performance by the experience of RF algorithm & parameters
Familiarity with drive tests and post processing tools for optimization (eg TEMS, NEMO, ACTIX and Rhode & Schwarz).
Team spirit and good intercultural/interpersonal communication skills.
