Its before flashing....

i think its cuz u didnt make testpoint procedure

Hello,
I bought lic for LT15i, I flashed it without problmes, copied lic files - OK. But I have not lock function in my tems pocket, I can not lock phone to RAT/BAND/CHAN/Cell. I have not this feature on my TEMS Pocket. If I hold finger on one cell i have message: "No control function support!" Does somebody know where is the problem? (attachement)

if u need lock fuction need LT18 firmware
next u can lock band and cell and ...

Thank you for your answer, I tried flash by this FW:

but I can not turn on phone now, it only vibrate but nothing is happening. Can you recommend (or provide) ARC S firmware?
Maybe I need boot file... But I flashe LT15i without boot file and I have not it :-( (it worked but without lock functions...)

I think better to flash with tmloader it will be better for your station

Maybe, but i have good experience with SeTool and my opinion is that problem is not in flashing tool but in firmware version as hp3hp3 wrote before...

OK, new information.
See screenshot from my Arc - I have LT18 firmware, you can see Build number too, even I can not use control function... Does somebody know where is the problem? I think it is strange....
